ABOUT ME

Hi there! I'm Amanda Giglio (she/they), I'm from Hubbardston MA (stick your finger somewhere in the middle of a Massachusetts map and tell yourself that's where it is), and I am primarily a director/choreographer in the Greater Boston area. I graduated from The University of New Hampshire's Theatre & Dance program and have been living and working in the Boston area since. I am a movement-centric storyteller who is passionate about forging relevant and meaningful connections between the actors, the audience, and the story itself. My directing style is kind, cooperative, and open. I believe that acting should never endanger an actor and actors should never have to bring their traumas into their work or bring their character's traumas home with them.
